Qualifications:

• Female, aged between 23–30 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in any related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in TikTok marketing
• Highly creative, proactive, and confident in presenting new ideas
• Strong understanding of TikTok and ability to create content that aligns with user behavior and trends
• Proficient in photography, videography, video editing, voice-over, and visual editing
• Creative and capable of producing unique and engaging content
• Basic knowledge of marketing and brand communication strategies
• Deep understanding of TikTok algorithm and insights

Job Description:

• Develop and create content for social media channels, especially TikTok, aligned with the team’s goals and strategy
• Collaborate with the team to plan storylines, design, shoot, edit, and review content
• Build and manage engaging content plans that meet the needs of the target audience
• Produce and execute TikTok content in various formats, such as videos, reviews, etc.
• Monitor and analyze performance to continuously improve content strategy
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure content quality and brand consistency
• Track competitor and industry content trends for adaptation and inspiration
• Responsible for posting approximately 2 pieces of content per day on the channel
